E-Statements

Getting organized just got a whole lot easier! Each month, we'll send out an email when your statement is ready. Just log into Digital Banking and - presto! - your account data will be right there at your fingertips whenever you need it.
 

A new and improved way to view documents across multiple accounts is here!

You can now select multiple accounts, choose one or more document types, and select a date range in order to view all relevant documents in one place! Save time and get more done with this new document filtering enhancement – perfect for users with lots of accounts and document types.
 
  • Make use of your monthly statements to track spending patterns, locate a specific transaction or simply build a better budget.
  • E-Statements are available days before a mailed statement would arrive.
  • Cut down on household clutter and do your part to reduce overall paper consumption.
  • E-Statements from the previous 18 months are archived and easily accessible. That includes check images.
  • Reduce the risk of someone obtaining your account data from misplaced or stolen mail.

Frequently Asked Questions

Digital Banking is required.  Once enrolled in Digital Banking, follow these easy steps to enroll in eStatements:
  1. Log in to your digital banking
  2. From the main menu, select Accounts
  3. Select any account then choose E-Statements
  4. Select the Sign Up/Changes tab
  5. Select the desired accounts from the list presented and choose Save Settings
  6. The Electronic Statement / Notice Delivery will appear on the screen
  7. Once you have reviewed the agreement, select I Agree
  8. A message will appear that says Changes have been successfully saved
Checking accounts, Savings accounts, Loan accounts, Time Deposits, and Health Savings accounts are eligible for enrollment.  Any account you wish to enroll must be added to your Digital Banking account prior to enrollment.
Your E-Statements will be available online for up to 18 months. If you would like to keep them longer, you must print them or save them to your computer or other storage medium.
You can receive a copy of your statement by calling our Deposit Operations Department at 410-641-1700 ext. 0160. You may also ask for a copy at any of our branches.
No. You must add your new account to your Digital Banking account and then enroll the new account. To enroll the new account:
  1. Log in to your digital banking
  2. From the main menu, select Accounts
  3. Select any account then choose E-Statements
  4. Select the Sign Up/Changes tab
  5. Select the desired accounts from the list presented and choose Save Settings
No. You must have an Digital Banking account to receive E-Statements. If you close your Digital Banking account, you will receive your statements via mail.
Digital Banking and E-Statements are both offered free of charge.
Yes, you can un-enroll in E-Statements at anytime:
  1. Log in to your digital banking
  2. From the main menu, select Accounts
  3. Select any account then choose E-Statements
  4. Select the Sign Up/Changes tab
  5. Remove the check mark from the boxes next to the accounts you wish to un-enroll and choose Save Settings
All E-Statements are saved as PDF documents.
