| Q: | I currently get my statement via Internet Banking. How is this different? |
| A: | The Internet Banking statement does not include the image pages. Check images are included with an E-Statement.
|
| Q: | Why do I receive a paper statement when I review my account activity on Internet Banking? |
| A: | The bank is required by federal regulation to produce a periodic statement for specific account types. E-Statements satisfy that regulation.
|
| Q: | How secure is the E-Statement? |
| A: | It is more secure than paper statements. The E-Statement e-mail notification you receive from the bank requires a username and password to access.
|
| Q: | Why would Taylor Bank want to stop sending paper statements? |
| A: | In addition to offering a more secure statement delivery method for our customers, it is part of a "green" initiative to improve paper conservation.
